Refund policy
The Porch Venue is a reservation only venue. Authorized rebooks are valid for one year from the date of the original reservation.
- If the Porch Venue cancels a shoot, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for another available night.
- Customer that cancels 72 hours prior to their reservation is eligible for a full refund or option to rebook for another available night.
- Customer that cancels within 72 hours of their reservation or is a no show for the reservation, will not be eligible for a refund or rebook.
